Director Biography.
Aspiring director/writer from Malaysia born in December 2003; currently a multidisciplinary artist based in Melbourne, Australia. Graduated with a Bachelor of Design (BDEs) in Animation since December 2025.
Director Statement.
Recently graduated from RMIT University with a degree in Bachelor of Animation and Interactive Media, Daien aspires to eventually run her own design practice, combining traditional drawing skills with modern design technologies. Her vast range of passions converges within a visual tribute that is her graduate film, ‘The Runaway Horses’. At the age of 22, she also carries an incredible passion for live music and the arts, aspiring for the two creative mediums to intertwine within a career in music visualisation.
